What's Covered on a Build
Two layers of coverage on every club we build: our own workmanship warranty on the assembly, and whatever the manufacturer covers on the head and shaft themselves.
Workmanship — 2 Years
Loose ferrules, epoxy failure at the hosel, a grip that slips, or a shaft that was installed out of spec — if it's a build error on our end, it's fixed at no charge for two years from the invoice date.
Manufacturer Coverage
Heads and shafts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer publishes, typically one to two years against material or manufacturing defects. We handle the claim paperwork on your behalf rather than sending you to file it yourself.
30-Day Adjustment Window
Separate from the warranty itself — any loft, lie, or length tweak in the first thirty days after pickup is free, since new equipment often settles differently than the fitting session predicted.
Wear, Impact Damage, and Modified Clubs
Normal wear on grips and grooves, damage from a broken shaft after impact with a cart path or tree, and any club that's been re-shafted or adjusted somewhere other than our own bench are outside the workmanship warranty. We're glad to give an honest opinion on any of these even when they fall outside coverage, and repair pricing follows the standard bench rate either way.
How It Works
Bring the club in, or send a photo and a short description if you're not local anymore. We'll diagnose whether it's a workmanship issue, a manufacturer defect, or normal wear, and quote or resolve it accordingly — usually within a few business days for anything handled in-house.
